- • Ensuring proper packaging and labeling of goods
- • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
- • Providing necessary documentation for customs clearance
- • Payment of all fees and charges in a timely manner
4. Liability and Insurance
TWSPL shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We recommend that clients obtain appropriate insurance coverage for their shipments.
5. Prohibited Items
We do not accept shipments containing illegal, hazardous, or prohibited items as defined by international shipping regulations and local laws.
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be agreed upon at the time of service booking. All fees must be paid before the release of shipments unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Cancellation and Refunds

8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Thimphu, Bhutan.
